This is an excellent and enticing challenge. I am a great fan of smoothies: I use them in the middle of the day instead of lunch, so I stay alert and lively to work all day! Leafy greens—especially kale, which I grow—keep me youthful and well-nourished. They ensure eye health and a good kidney condition as we get older. It’s also good to give the digestive tract a rest!
I’m also happy you mentioned that a challenge is not real life. We have to continue. But 30 days is an excellent time to become addicted to the smoothie life!
